I have tried my best to include all the details here so please read them carefully and fill out the application form.
This is a virtual, pre-recorded summit bringing together business owners, coaches, and creators who are actively using automation to simplify, scale, and sell in their businesses.
Please read the details below carefully before submitting your application.
WHAT IS AUTOMATE YOUR BIZ- SUMMIT?
The Automate Your Biz Summit is a collaborative virtual summit focused on practical automation strategies that reduce manual effort and create more consistency in business.
We’re looking for speakers who can share one clear way they have automated part of their business.
This could include:
Automating sales
Automating emails
Automating content creation
Automating visibility or lead generation
Funnels, tripwires, evergreen systems
Client onboarding or offboarding automation
SOPs and process automation
Social media scheduling or repurposing
Automation mindset or decision frameworks
👉 Your topic should be specific and focused. Broad or high-level overviews may not be accepted.
PRESENTATION FORMAT
15–20 minute pre-recorded video presentation
Teaching-focused and implementation-driven
Slides are optional (clarity matters more than production)
You may include up to 1–3 minutes at the end to mention your offer
Access model for attendees:
Sessions are released daily (2–5 per day)
Each session is free to watch for 48 hours
Lifetime access is available via the All-Access Pass
WHAT’S EXPECTED FROM SPEAKERS

2️⃣ One Free Lead Magnet
Any free resource you currently offer
Examples: PDF, checklist, template, training, free product
This will be shared alongside your presentation
OPTIONAL: ALL-ACCESS PASS CONTRIBUTION
The All-Access Pass gives attendees lifetime access to all summit sessions plus bonus resources.
If you choose to contribute, you may submit one of the following:
👉A paid resource normally sold for $47 or more, which has not been given away for free in the last 12 months (It may have been included in a VIP bundle or all-access pass during that time.)
👉Discount coupons for your offers
👉Credits applicable to your programs or services
👉Future Live Trainings and 1:1 sessions are allowed.
If you are submitting 1:1, please be sure of how many would actually avail the session.
👉One Self Paced offer, discount copuon and 1:1 session all 3 could be submitted. But no 2 offers, or 2 discount types could be submitted.
The Online Coaching Summit will run from May 22nd to May 29th, 2024. It would be a 30 to 50 minute video Presentation/Masterclass on your topic of expertise. Max 5 minutes of pitching your offer towards the end. These would be available for free for 48 hours and then members can purchase the replays only for $9. (keeping it low to get max people optin in for it)
Along with the masterclasses, there will be short 15-minute audio interviews which people will get instant access to after registration. These interviews are to give value plus motivate attendees to watch your masterclass and sign up for your offer in the free goody bag. These questions are about building your coaching biz and those that inspire our audience to register for the summit VIP and get instant access. These interviews will also be a value event but available for free.
We will also be having a pop-up Facebook group for attendees to have fun in, hold each other accountable, and ask questions. This group will open on the 20th, 2024. Your intro and interview will be added to the Guide section (interview only 48 hours) along with your gift right from the summit promo period to the date the summit ends.
You would be allowed to go live in the community to answer questions that people would have about your presentation, connect with the attendees, and provide even more value. (A short live and NOT a planned live workshop)
You can Submit 1 free product approximately valued at $7 and above that is given along with these interviews. The coupon code should be valid until June 30, 2024.
We also encourage you to submit a product for the premium goody bag that is above $27 value and be sold as a bundle for attendees for $27
Leading up to the summit, we’ll have 2-4 weeks of promotion. You’ll be provided with email swipe copy, social media swipe copy, and social media graphics to make it all easy!
We will also be promoting the All Access Pass, VIP Pass and VIP Goody Bag during the promotion and summit phase.
All Access Pass: This includes an all-access pass for the replays and the VIP goody bag along with early access to all masterclasses on May 22nd. (This will be sold for $33)
VIP Pass: This includes access to replays and early access to all masterclasses on May 22nd. (We will sell it for a nominal fee of $9 to have many optin' for this)
VIP Goody Bag: This includes premium products submitted to be sold as a bundle along with the summit, a bundle of resources from our sponsors and speakers. (This will be sold for $27)
You would have a 50% affiliate commission on sales coming through your unique link.
PROMO REQUIREMENTS:
- 1 Solo/Dedicated Emails promoting the SUMMIT in which summit is discussed for atleast 60% part of the email.
- 2 Mention(PS) about the summit in your regular emails or social media
- The more you do, is always welcome.

APPLICATION DATE:
We are accepting applications until March 10th, 2026.
FINAL SUBMISSION DEADLINE:
All things need to be submitted by March 15th, 2026.
Masterclasses can be sumitted by March 30th 2026.
