A mum of 2 and an Email Based Business Expert. I proudly say I am the person who built a business through debt, two pregnancies, and every reason to quit, and kept going anyway. A Mechanical Engineer, Research Scientist, Business Analyst, Operations Lead, and five times certified, here to support you in growing an email based business that works even on the days you cannot show up.
Well since you are here to know more about me, I will get to my formal intro before I start sharing everything about me and how I landed here to be a coach, or even why I entered the business space at all.
Meet Me Officially:
I am an Email Based Business Expert who rebuilt her business from the ground up, twice, while pregnant and while raising two little ones.
I started in 2019 as a social media marketer, and in 2022 I registered The Launch Boosters and stepped into coaching properly. It took three years of circling, trying, and starting over before I actually reached six figures, and that stretch taught me more than any straight line to success ever could.
I know a thing or two about building and scaling businesses, the wrong way and the more sustainable way, since I have genuinely lived both.
My skills do not just show up in building my own business, they show up in supporting coaches, consultants, and online service providers to grow their list, build their authority, and create offers that actually sell.
I am not someone who claims to be an expert, I am someone who put in the effort to become one. I have invested in five certifications, hundreds of client hours, and hundreds of study hours to be genuinely trained in what I teach.
Collaborations have also become a real part of how I build, I love making them easy and worthwhile for everyone involved, and it has turned into one of the biggest parts of my business today.

I call myself an Email Based Business Expert now, but it was not always this.
I tried many things before I landed here. An Instagram Strategist, a Business Strategist, an Ads Strategist, a Business Coach, a Business and Marketing Mentor, and a Visibility Coach, and so on.
For every certification or piece of work I did, I called myself something different, until I finally landed on what actually reflects what I teach and believe in. My work has always centered on the same thing underneath all those titles, helping people build something they own, that keeps working even when they cannot always show up. Email based business growth was always the real thread running through everything, it just took me a while to name it properly.
I Never Planned to Build a Business, It Was the Need That Got Me Here
I was very happy with the job I had and the life I was living. The work was hectic, but I enjoyed being around people and being busy. I never wanted to start a business if situations had not forced me to. Looking back now, I am thankful for all those situations that led me here.
Getting married in 2017 was a huge turning point, and it came with a lot of change, relocating, new restrictions on work, and expectations I had not planned for. I tried multiple jobs and ventures, but things did not go my way. I never found the support or the encouragement I had hoped for. I come from India, where family and society carry a lot of weight, sometimes even more than what you or your husband want for yourself. I had to give in to a lot of those norms, and for a while I felt like I would just settle into being a homemaker. But that was never who I was.
I kept going anyway, and eventually figured out how to make money from home, to the point where I was making more than my husband. That joy did not last long, though, because my first pregnancy knocked me down in a way I was not prepared for, and that is where things got a lot harder.
Pregnancy and the Fight Back
This is the part of my story that shaped everything else. I was so overwhelmed by my first pregnancy and the pressure around me that I did not want to live anymore. I felt worthless, and I had given in to everything society expected of me instead of what I actually wanted.
After my baby was born in 2021, I decided to come back and fight for myself. I did not know what I was building or how, I just knew I had to try, with a newborn in my arms and no backup plan. That desperation to build something led me into $130,000 of debt before I had even found my footing.
By the time I started getting some traction, I found out I was pregnant with my second child. That same period, in October 2023, I also lost my grandmother, and I was carrying the weight of debt, a pregnancy ahead of me, and grief all at once. I genuinely did not know how I was going to navigate that year in business, let alone in life.
Slowly, with two little ones now, building anything felt harder than it had ever felt before. But it was also during this stretch, in 2023, that I hosted my very first collaborative bundle, the Online Coaching Bundle, and it gave me overnight recognition I did not see coming. People started noticing who I was and what I actually did. Collaborations have been part of everything I build ever since.
Courses and Digital Products
Since childhood, I always wanted to build something of my own, long before I knew it would ever be called a business. My dad was self-employed in agriculture and social work, and my mom worked as a government teacher, so I grew up seeing both worlds.
My first venture started in 4th grade, a small chicken farm where I sold eggs and knew every single bird by name. From there, I sold vegetables and milk from our farm, and collected and sold cashew nuts and other forest goods. Even as a kid, I was already figuring out how to build something with my own hands.
College and Graduation
I spent my college years exploring different crafts, fashion design, bag making, and other hands on skills, alongside learning digital design. It was pure joy at the time, and I never imagined any of it would matter to my future again.
I enrolled in Mechanical Engineering with the dream of becoming a space scientist. Somewhere along the way, I got drawn into social service and spiritual work instead, spending most of my energy serving people rather than chasing a corporate career.
After Graduation
I skipped the corporate path entirely and became a Research Intern working in rural development. It took nine different jobs and a lot of rejection before I finally landed as an Operations Lead for a mechanical firm, where I built a stable, happy career, right before everything changed again.
From No One to Being Someone in the Online Coaching Space
No one knew me, and no one trusted me easily. Maybe it was because I came from India, or maybe I just was not polished enough yet to be taken seriously. But today, I coach entrepreneurs from all over the world, I get invited to speak at summits, I participate in collaborative events, and I host large scale ones myself with entrepreneurs joining from across the globe.
I believe life gives you challenges, and you have to fight for yourself to actually thrive in this world. The journey is never easy, but it is not impossible either. Whatever your dreams or obstacles are, you have the power to change your life, and in doing that, you change what is possible for the people around you too.

I built this business without a backup plan, through debt, through pregnancies I did not feel ready for, through grief I did not see coming, because waiting was never really an option for me.
