A mum of 2 and a Business Growth & Visibility Coach! I proudly say that I am the coach who burned down a 5 figure business and rebuilt it in 365 days. A Mechanical Engineer, Research Scientist, Business Analyst, Operations Lead and also 4X Certified to support you in scaling your online business.

Well since you are here to know more about me, I will get to my formal intro before I start sharing everything about me and how I landed here to be a coach or even why I entered the business space.

MEET ME OFFICIALLY

I am a Business Growth & Visibility Coach who RE-BUILT her entire business from ZERO in just 365 days whilst being pregnant, whilst having a toddler to care for.

I founded “The Launch Boosters” which operates as a personal brand “Asmita Jason” [Legal name “Asmita Albert Dsouza] in 2022 with a vision to create a massive impact on many lives.

I know a thing or two about building and scaling businesses. The wrong way AND the effortless way….. You know? Since I’ve already done it twice.

But my skills don’t just show when building my own businesses, but also in supporting Coaches, Consultants and Online Service Providers to get visible, build their authority and create & market profitable offers so that $5K months become the bare minimum.

I am not just the coach who claims to be an expert, but the Coach who has actually put in the effort to be an expert. I have invested over $11000 in certifications(over $105K USD in my business), 300+ client hours, and 500+ study hours on getting trained to be the best in my niche.

I blend all of my learnings, my past experiences of being a research scientist and head of operations, my academics in mechanical engineering and business analytics with my current certifications to make a unique framework to get results like no other for my clients.

MEET ME UNOFFICIALLY

I call myself a Business Growth & Visibility Coach but it wasn’t always this. I tried many things before I landed here.

Yes, An Instagram Strategist, Business Strategist, Ads Strategist, Business Coach, Business Mentor, Business and Mindset Coach, Launch Strategist…. And so

For every certification or work I did, I called myself something different until I found more aligned with Business Growth and Visibility- because I felt that was my jam. (realised over the last 5 years)

I NEVER PLANNED TO BUILD BUSINESS IT WAS THE NEED THAT GOT ME HERE

I was very happy with the job that I had and the life I was living. Yes, work was hectic but I enjoyed being with people and working. I never wanted to start this business if situations wouldn’t force to do so. (Thanks to all those situations which led me here)

Getting married was a huge turning point and also a lot of regulations about the work, the location and so on. I tried multiple jobs and ventures but things didn’t go my way. I never found the support or at least the encouragement I wished for. I hail from India and here the family and society play a major role even above your husband and you. I had to give in for all those norms and felt as if I would settle to be a home maker. But I wasn’t born for that. My hustle continued until I figured out how to make money from home and actually started making more money than my husband. But that joy didn’t last longer, the first pregnancy got me down again and I lost all hope. I was so pressurised by so-called norms that I didn’t want to live. I quit my biz due to pressure and also I wasn’t able to continue it with motherhood. The way I had built my business wasn’t sustainable.

Again, I didn’t give up I rose back and fought for myself. And here I am running a successful business with 2 kids under 3. I may not be a 7 figure entrepreneur but definitely on my way to 7 figures soon.

I WASN’T SMART BUT HAD DEDICATION TO DO ANYTHING:

I was an average student or maybe a slow-to-learn student. I always needed extra learning time to grasp things compared to my siblings. I started giving myself a lot more time and effort to cover up things that I couldn’t understand. I ended up studying a lot and making so much effort that I always competed for the top 3 positions in school. (Most times the 1st).

I still remember crying every day because I didn't understand what teachers taught in school when the entire class had it. My elder sis was my extra-time teacher to help me grasp things, and then my mom did some overtime to help me understand things.

Well to my surprise, people remember me as the smartest among all of my siblings and cousins/friends too. [maybe because I over-studied and always stood in the top 3 plus was very active in all extracurricular activities- even though not good in most of those, I made it a point to participate. 

MY BUSINESS VENTURES

Since childhood, I always wanted to start something of my own. Well, I never knew it would be called a business where I would end up here.

I just wanted something of my own and also to work at a good company to make a living. It was mixed because I had seen my dad being self-employed(agriculture) and into social services plus my mom working as a government teacher.

My business ventures started when I was in 4th grade. I had started a Chicken Farm Business and majorly was selling eggs. With over 100 birds, I had named them individually and was well-known as someone who could identify all 100 birds with their names and the birds could understand everything that I spoke. I also ventured into selling vegetables from our farm, delivering milk from our buffaloes, and collecting and selling Cashew nuts and other forest products. {Me and my friends secretly collected plastic waste and sold it to collect money for donations.} 

COLLEGE DAYS

As I grew up, I got engrossed in hobby schooling. I completed a fashion designing 1-year diploma even before I completed my 12th. I also completed certifications in bag making, soft toy making and other art forms while learning digital designing and various software.

All of this was pure joy and I never knew this could ever be used in my life again. I enjoyed my college days sewing dresses and bags for myself, and making toys and stuffed animals for others. Making flowers and decorations for churches.

It also got to me to take decoration contracts for weddings and other small events. I became known for my art and for supplying things for small events.

I donated every single penny I made from my decoration work to church and education for children. 

GRADUATION

I enrolled in Mechanical Engineering with the aim of being a space scientist in future, I was a very committed and studious student.

Somehow I got moved on to social service and spiritual work over my studies. I got inspired by the transformation story of Saint Francic Xavier and reminded myself- “For what is a man profited if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul?”

I got super active in catholic organisations and serving people. I was so engrossed that my parents thought I would accept a religious life. 

ODDS AFTER GRADUATION

I was not interested in a corporate career and chose to dedicate my life to rural development over campus placements. Became a Research Intern(Scientist) to serve in rural development.

I have very sad stories of not being able to fit in any job or at any place until I changed 9 different jobs and yet was without experience certificates.

After countless efforts, I got settled as Operation lead for a Mechanical Firm and was happily leading a good career and life.  

MARRIAGE AND TRIALS

I got married in 2017 and my life changed drastically. I had to relocate and re-enter the juggle to find a suitable job. I did get some high-profile jobs but had some family pressure due to time and location constraints. I had to fight a huge battle to be independent and finally ended up starting my own business. (Not digital one thought)

I started selling fabric bags, started selling garden supplies and plants, ran a gardening YouTube channel, a spiritual/catholic religious blog and many other things until I settled to be an online service provider and had to shut down the things due to time constraints. I was making my annual income every single month as a service provider but life doesn’t like giving me anything easily… 

PREGNANCY AND FURTHER TESTINGS

This is the story that you always read about me on my socials. I did burn down the 5 figure business to settle with the mommy lifestyle. I was so traumatised by my first pregnancy and advice from others that I didn’t even want to live.

Overcame everything and decided to fight for myself and stand up. I had to work hard to rebuild my business empire with a toddler and a second pregnancy.

I was able to rebuild it to initial revenue in 365 days and have continued to grow since then.  

I believe life gives you challenges and you must fight for yourself to thrive in today’s world.

The journey is not going to be easy but believe me it won’t be impossible either.

No matter what your dreams or obstacles are, you have the power to change your life and, by doing so, you’ll change the world.

I WENT FROM BEING NO ONE TO BEING SOMEONE IN THE ONLINE COACHING SPACE.

No one knew me nor trusted me as I hailed from India or maybe wasn’t refined enough to be trusted. But today, I coach entrepreneurs all over the world, am invited to speak at summits, invited to participate in collaborative events and we ourselves host big events with entrepreneurs from across the globe.
