Go evergreen. And honestly, every single one of them was right. Every one of those models works. I tried most of them.
But what nobody told me was that not every model works for every business owner, and that trying to build six figures inside a business model that does not fit you is not just hard, it is almost impossible.
I had periods where I was genuinely busy, working long hours, creating things, setting things up…but I was not visible. Months would go by, and people had no real idea what I was doing, what they could buy from me, or why they should choose me. I was working inside the business instead of building it.

DAY TWO: Understand What Makes a Business Grow

Day two maps out how the core parts of a business actually connect…visibility, audience, offers, email, revenue, systems; so you can see your business as one connected system instead of a collection of separate tasks, and start diagnosing what it actually needs rather than guessing.
You will leave day two understanding how your business connects and where the real gaps are.
DAY THREE: Build Your 90-Day Growth Plan

Knowing the foundations is only useful if you do something with them. Day three is about translating everything from the first two days into a focused 90-day plan. What deserves your attention right now, what can wait, and how to stop treating everything as equally urgent. You will audit where your business actually stands, identify the highest-leverage areas to strengthen first, and leave with a clear plan for the next 90 days.
You will leave day three with a 90-day plan built around your actual business, not a generic template.
Each session runs approximately 90 minutes. Around 60 minutes of training followed by open Q&A so you can get specific answers for your specific business.

Replays of all three sessions will be available so you can watch at your own pace if you cannot make it live or want to revisit anything after the training ends.
What if I have questions but cannot join live?
After all three days of training are complete, we will send out a Google Form where you can submit your questions. You will receive answers via a video recording so nothing goes unanswered even if you could not be in the room.
Are you going to sell something during the training?
No. This is a paid training, and I do not use paid trainings to launch something bigger; that is not how I work.
