I thought more offers meant more revenue. I believed I had to keep launching to stay relevant. I kept my prices low to “make it easy” for people to buy.
Eventually, I looked around and realized:

That’s when I made the decision to simplify everything.
I retired 90% of my offers.
I raised my prices — in some cases, 10–20x higher.
